Payment Options

We are an out-of-network provider, which means that while we do not bill insurance directly, our services may be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network (OON) benefits.

We understand that navigating insurance can feel overwhelming—especially for families already managing continence challenges. That’s why we’ve partnered with Reimbursify, a simple tool that makes submitting receipts and tracking reimbursement quick and stress-free.

After your visit, we’ll email you a superbill (a detailed medical receipt). You can then upload it directly to your Reimbursify account. Once your insurance company processes the claim, they’ll determine your eligibility for reimbursement and send payment directly to you.

Please note that while we truly want every family to receive reimbursement, we do not have a billing department, do not contract with insurance companies, and cannot guarantee reimbursement. Our goal is to make high-quality, specialized care as accessible and affordable as possible for every family we serve.
